Her approach combines thoughtful conversation with practical strategies drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

Dr. Stein is a neuropsychologist who focuses on how the physical brain affects thinking, behavior, and emotions.
